3. Project Inquiries and Quotes

Submitting a project inquiry does not create a contract or obligation.

Librasona may review the information provided and offer a quote, recommendation, or proposal. Quotes are based on the scope of work, manuscript length, number of deliverables, production complexity, revision needs, rights usage, and timeline.

All pricing is subject to change until a project is accepted and payment arrangements are confirmed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, including but not limited to:

  • Author name
  • Book title
  • Genre
  • Manuscript, excerpt, outline, or synopsis
  • Target audience
  • Project goals
  • Preferred style or tone
  • Existing branding materials
  • Cover art, logos, or images, when applicable

Clients must have the legal right to submit all materials provided to Librasona.

This includes manuscripts, images, logos, music references, artwork, video clips, fonts, photos, and any other creative material.

5. Client Ownership of Submitted Materials

Clients retain ownership of their original submitted materials, including manuscripts, book covers, logos, author photos, excerpts, outlines, and other creative works they own or control.

By submitting materials to Librasona, the client grants Librasona permission to review, use, edit, reference, and process those materials only as needed to complete the requested services.

Librasona will not knowingly sell, publish, or distribute private client materials without permission, except as required to complete the project or comply with legal obligations.

6. Creative Deliverables

Depending on the selected service, Librasona may provide deliverables such as:

  • Music concepts
  • Music prompts
  • Track titles
  • Soundtrack plans
  • Audiobook enhancement notes
  • eBook listening-link placement recommendations
  • Video scripts
  • Book trailer plans

  • AI video prompts
  • Promotional copy

The exact deliverables will be determined by the selected package, quote, invoice, or written agreement.

7. Use of AI-Assisted Tools

Librasona may use AI-assisted tools, creative software, production platforms, editing systems, or third-party services to help develop music concepts, video prompts, scripts, graphics, promotional materials, or other creative assets.

The client understands that AI-assisted tools may have their own terms of use, rights limitations, output restrictions, and quality limitations.

Librasona will make reasonable efforts to create useful, professional, and original creative materials, but the client is responsible for reviewing final deliverables before public use.

8. Music Rights and Usage

Music rights depend on how the music is created, what tools are used, what licenses apply, and what agreement is made for the project.

Before using any music commercially, publicly, or on distribution platforms, the client should confirm:

  • Commercial-use rights
  • Distribution rights
  • Streaming rights
  • Synchronization rights for video use
  • Audiobook platform requirements
  • Attribution requirements
  • Platform restrictions
  • Royalty obligations, if any

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Librasona does not guarantee that music created through third-party platforms will be accepted by every distributor, retailer, audiobook platform, streaming service, or social media platform.

9. Video, Image, and Platform Use

Book trailers, promotional videos, AI video prompts, and related visual materials may be subject to the rules of the platforms where they are created, hosted, uploaded, or distributed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their final use complies with the terms and requirements of platforms such as:

  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • Amazon
  • Audible
  • Spotify
  • Apple Music
  • BookFunnel
  • Vimeo
  • Website hosting providers
  • Ebook and audiobook retailers

Librasona is not responsible for platform rejection, takedowns, muted audio, content restrictions, copyright claims, distribution delays, or changes in platform policy.

10. Revisions

Revision terms will depend on the service purchased.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, basic services include minor revisions only. Major revisions, new creative directions, rewritten scripts, replacement concepts, additional tracks, new videos, or extensive changes may require additional fees.

A revision means adjusting work already created within the original approved direction. A revision does not mean starting the project over with a new concept, genre, style, audience, or message.

11. Payments

Payment terms will be listed on the invoice, quote, service agreement, or checkout page.

Librasona may require full payment, partial payment, or a deposit before beginning work.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Payment is required before final delivery.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Late payments may delay project delivery.
  • Additional work outside the original scope may require additional payment.
  • Rush projects may require additional fees.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Because Librasona provides custom creative services, refunds are limited.

Once work has begun, payments may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the amount of work completed.

If a client cancels a project after work has started, Librasona may retain payment for time spent, planning completed, drafts created, materials reviewed, concepts developed, or services already delivered.

No refund is guaranteed for completed and delivered work.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

13. Project Timelines

Librasona will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, delivery times may vary based on:

  • Project complexity
  • Client response time
  • Number of revisions
  • File quality
  • Manuscript length
  • Third-party platform availability
  • Technical issues
  • Scope changes
  • Workload

Deadlines must be agreed to in writing. Rush deadlines may not be available for all projects.

14. Client Review and Approval

The client is responsible for reviewing all deliverables before publication, distribution, or public use.

This includes checking:

  • Spelling
  • Names
  • Titles
  • Track listings
  • Links
  • Credits
  • Rights notices
  • Video text
  • Narration text
  • Music use
  • Platform compliance
  • Accuracy of promotional claims

Librasona is not responsible for errors that are approved by the client or publicly released without proper review.

15. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables depends on the type of work, payment status, third-party tools used, and written agreement between Librasona and the client.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • The client owns their original book, manuscript, and submitted materials.
  • Librasona retains ownership of its internal methods, templates, workflows, concepts, unpublished drafts, and business processes.
  • Final deliverables may be licensed to the client for promotional, book-related, or agreed-upon use after full payment is received.
  • Third-party tools, stock assets, fonts, software, music platforms, or AI systems may impose separate rights or license restrictions.

Clients may not resell Librasona’s internal templates, prompts, workflows, or service methods as their own commercial service without written permission.

16. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Librasona may reference completed public projects in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials.

This may include:

  • Book title
  • Author name
  • Publicly released cover image
  • Publicly released video
  • Publicly released soundtrack or song title
  • Short project description
  • Client testimonial

Librasona will not intentionally reveal unpublished manuscripts, private project notes, confidential materials, or unreleased creative content without permission.

17. Confidentiality

Librasona will make reasonable efforts to treat private manuscripts, unreleased projects, unpublished materials, and confidential client information with care.

However, clients should not submit highly sensitive, confidential, or legally restricted materials without first discussing secure delivery options.

Librasona may share limited project information with contractors, vendors, or production partners when necessary to complete the work.

18. Prohibited Uses

Clients may not use Librasona services or deliverables for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, or infringing purposes.

Clients may not submit materials that they do not have the legal right to use.

Librasona reserves the right to refuse or discontinue projects that involve:

  • Copyright infringement
  • Plagiarism
  • Fraudulent claims
  • Illegal activity
  • Hate-based content
  • Exploitation
  • Non-consensual sexual material
  • Materials involving minors in inappropriate contexts
  • Content that violates platform rules or applicable law

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Librasona, its owners, staff, contractors, vendors, and partners from claims, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Materials submitted by the client
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted content
  • False or misleading information provided by the client
  • Client misuse of deliverables
  • Platform violations
